Waited 3 months for an appointment and got cancelled the day before due to mis scheduling surgery’s. Also they couldn’t even reschedule the appointment at a later date when they called to cancel and said they would have to call at a later time to reschedule.
Did not have a pleasant experience with this office. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30, get there about 10:15. They called me back at almost 11. Once I go back I sit in the office until almost 12!! I finally walk out and go to the reception desk, the receptionist is on the phone so I wait, she never acknowledges me. A lady comes out of the back to apologize for my wait, I tell her that is unacceptable, that is very unprofessional!! She says the dr is on call. Can’t get anyone to call me back. Been waiting for 10 weeks for a prescription refill. Have called the office 5 times. I’ve given up.
A needle biopsy was performed over a month ago. Still no results. Instead doctor was only concerned with a nose surgery regarding a broken nose that has not been bothering the patients. Called doctors office 6 times and left voice messages. No call back to share results.
If I could give 0 I would! I’m not saying she’s not a great doctor, I don’t know that. I do know that her office staff is the absolute worst! My doctor sent a referral last year and I never got an appointment. I called back trying to get another for my son, after they resent it. My son then had two febrile seizures from an ear infection. I called again trying to get an appointment and I was told that she couldn’t go to the fax machine and get the referral, this was on Tuesday.
