We always get an appt when we need one, and we appreciate the 24 hour on call line.
While it's possible to get them in for an emergency appointment, anything other than an emergency is a very extensive wait. Squeezing him in for last minute school, sport, or camp physical? No way, no wiggle room, not possible. Wart removal? Spend your copay and they will tell you they don't do it there. Possible fracture? Spend your copay and they will send you somewhere else, where you will have to pay...another copay. Rashes? Spend your copay, then spend more at a dermatologist. BAD.
I relocated to a different state and ask them to release medical records but inspite of filling up a form they would refuse to release the information to my new doctor. Its been more than a month since I have asked them to release the records as my daughter is in need of a treatment but they haven't released the information yet, they don't care about the patient at all. They are totally unprofessional and people should think twice before considering them as your childs pediatrician.
