The office is usually pretty great, but I will say getting ahold of them on the phone is proving to be very difficult as they use a call center and you have to leave a message and hope for a call back. Other than that, Dr. Byrd and Dr.Moran are both awesome! They have helped my whole family with health issues that other doctors didn’t believe or didn’t help with.
Dr. Byrd is hands down the best pediatrician! She truly cares about her patients and is so kind! She is very patient and was able to help when other doctors in town couldn't or wouldn't listen.
My children absolutely love doctor bird and her entire medical staff in the front-office and back-office hands down the best pediatric experience we have ever had they're great with kids and parents to all of their staff is kind considerate and exceptional thank you Doctor bird my kids love you!
