The team is absolutely fantastic! They are professional, thoughtful, and responsive. They took a little extra time to solve the problem which saved a 7 yr old HVAC unit. The larger companies couldn’t be bothered. They kept saying a full replacement was required. Thank you so very much!!!
5 stars . A+ service and well priced. I’ll give 10 stars if I could. It was a hot summer day and my AC went out. Inside my house at one point got to what felt like 80- 90 degrees and humid. I called Loparvi Heating and Cooling. Mr. Andres picked up the phone. He was extremely kind with exceptional customer service making me feel like I was the must important customer. Listening to my ac situation and providing services he could do to immediately fix it to ensure family was resting comfortably. I was amazed. Now It was close ... read more
WHY ARE YOU DOING WORK AT 12:30 MIDNIGHT?????? had to file a police report against this company. horrible edit after owner’s response: OK NO RESTAURANT OPENS AT 7/8AM IN THAT NEIGHBORHOOD. you not only did work at MIDNIGHT, and your construction noise is piercing!! this is absolutely unacceptable considering it was a weekday and people had work the next day. do better!!!!!
Raúl and Leo did a great job. They communicated clearly throughout the project, were honest about what they found, and took the time to explain everything to me. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job efficiently. I especially appreciated their professionalism and transparency. They identified the issues, explained the recommended repairs, and never tried to upsell unnecessary work. They were respectful of my home, cleaned up after themselves, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
Great company to work with. They arrived on time and left everything clean after the repair.
