We recently had them service our HVAC. As usual, they were prompt and provided great service. Andres has been taking care of our HVAC for over 10 years. He has been there for us on the hottest Sunday of summer!
We have a single story house and hired Lorpavi Heating and Cooling company to remove our oil furnace and our old air conditioner. The temperature was 80° and they installed all new duct work in the attic. They also installed a new heat pump system and replaced an old water heater. It was a huge project and it was hot outside. Absolutely fantastic service! My AC unit stopped working, and some others and I were not able to figure out the issue. They came the same day and resolved the issue in 1.5 hours despite needing to rewire the unit and stop a possible fire hazard. They were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive to my questions. Thank you so much!

Not only did they provide the best technical advice with my HVAC and nest Thermostat issues, but they went the extra mile in terms of customer care.
