Dr. Wilson is great! Really love her. However, the Target Optical staff have been unorganized lately. One female staffer was rude to me yesterday when asking why I was skipped in getting checked out. My last 2 visits with my kid, I experienced 30+ minute delays, not good when kids need to return to school. I also feel like patients are seen based on when they check in vs appointment time. Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Wilson made sure that I had all the information I needed to contiue to have healthy eyes.
Visit went very well. The doctor was very pleasant and helpful as well as the representative with the purchase of my glasses.
Working with Dr. Wilson has been nothing short of amazing! She is patient, thorough, and personable. Her and the office staff are helpful and always make me feel comfortable. The associates are transparent as far as pricing goes and give their honest recommendations. I can’t believe I’m actually excited to receive my glasses and see my vision improve.
