I've been going to Dr. Thomas for years. I've had several problems with my skin before I moved to Michigan. Dr. Thomas help me to clear the problems and manage the ones that I will continue to have with relief. I love her! Also, she is a joy to talk too!
My experience with Dr. Thomas has been informative, pleasant, and very effective overall. She listens, is pleasant and personable, and has a staff that is as well.
OMG, she listened to my concerns and explained the reason my skin was having various problems and immediately have the fix for each. She also explained what procedures my insurance would cover, and time line to get all taken care of. Good to know that i look forward to finally having all my skin issues resolved. Worst experience in my life. DO NOT go to this doctor. Staff is incredibly rude and doctor is NOT patient friendly.
Dr. Thomas is very professional, personable, and engaging, I highly recommend her. However, due to the degrading treatment received from her front line staff I am unable to recommend anyone to this office. The staff requires Customer Service Sensitivity Training. I am paying a great deal for an office visit to be treated so badly by office staff. I sincerely hope Dr. Thomas acknowledges this deficit in her professional practice before she loses more patients, she deserves better.
