Dr. Fountain was "supposed" to be my primary care provider. In fact, it is her name that appears on my insurance card. But I have NEVER met her...not once! Instead, I got passed off to one her "resident doctors" under her so-called guidance. "Doctor" is not a word that should be associated with this arrogant resident.
