I have worked with Dr Lorna Fountain as my PCP for over 10 years. Her knowledge, her experience and her warmth is second to none. Dr. Fountain listens, evaluates and advises. For me, she is the best PCP that I have trusted with my health in 3 states and over 30 years.
Dr. Fountain was "supposed" to be my primary care provider. In fact, it is her name that appears on my insurance card. But I have NEVER met her...not once! Instead, I got passed off to one her "resident doctors" under her so-called guidance. "Doctor" is not a word that should be associated with this arrogant resident. He basically called me a liar to my face. All because he was too lazy to do his homework on one of my diagnoses, Antiphospholipid Syndrome...and did not know how to read the lab tests.
