Billy was very good in helping me today. He was very good explaining things to me. He also unhooked my old computer for us. He was patient with this old lady. He carried my old one out for us. Very nice gentleman.
Billy always goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable with the job done. I've been using LoriTech for several years and am very pleased with the quality of work.

Lori diagnosed the problem with the Dell laptop and fixed it by removing the hard drive and putting the data on the new HP laptop. Her manner was professional and her fee was fair. I will gladly recommend her company to others who have problems with their computers..
BEWARE!!!!!!! Will never go back . Got my computer back and some places were worse than when I brought it in. It even was returned to me with tape on the back of it. When I was paying for a replacement hing!!!!! Received it with 2 wrong hinges and all bent up.
