I strongly believe this business needs to hire better-trained and more professional staff. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The haircut was poorly done, and when I asked for it to be corrected, the attitude I received made me feel as though my concern was a problem rather than a reasonable request from a paying customer. Worse place to go and get your hair cut ONLY because of the actual owner of the salon. She totally messed up my hair. Cut it waaaay to short and to top it off cut it un even. I called to let her know and she argued with me and hung up the phone. And when I got there proceeded to argue with me even when she sat me on the chair and checked it and saw that it was un even. We got our hair cut with Sylvia. We don’t speak Spanish, but they were able to translate what we wanted perfectly. Emo hair is hard to achieve, but they did it great!
