Lorio and Associates has been nothing but excellent! Great communication, with Heather's prompt responsiveness to maintenance issues and Joe's overall professionalism its a winning team. Highly recommended!
Joe takes very good care of his properties and cares greatly about his tenants. My interactions with him have been professional and insightful. He is a wealth of knowledge that only comes from years of experience. His staff are friendly, prompt and professional. I highly recommend working with Joe Lorio and Associates.
He is unprofessional and does not return calls or emails. He talks down to women. We should have known how we would be treated when he referred to our business as less than desirable and was leary of the "type of people" it would attract. He tries to give legal advice that is incorrect advice. Forgetful as well. Our Realtor had to send the poorly written contract back to him multiple times. He does not respond to tenants calling about problems in building and quotes the owners as though they said things they deny ever saying... read more
