Please put in a new boiler system! This is a terrible way to live as a senior citizen having to pay extra to run space heaters in the winter. It's also dangerous for the building that so many people are using alternative methods of heat since your baseboard heating isn't doing the job. The city should get involved. Lot’s of loud parties and alcohol so it feels more like a frat house than an apartment building! Many people stay here with friends or family so loud music, loud bass that shakes the building, loud talking and shouting is frequent. The entrance to the building is in ruins with lot’s of trash, liquor and beer bottles and loose bricks. People hang at the entrance and party so it gets messy and sticky. There is new management at Loring 100 and majority hope positive changes are on the horizon.

Lot’s of high drama, loud parties and tons of alcohol - It sometimes feels more like a frat house than an apartment building! It’s a party every night at Loring 100! Many people stay here for free and party 7 days a week so get ready for loud music, loud talking and lots of drama. The entrance to the building is in ruins and filthy dirty with lots of trash, liquor and beer bottles. People hang out at the entrance and party and drink so it gets messy. Loring 100 apartments can be a drain on your mental health. Lot’s of high drama, loud parties and tons of alcohol - It sometimes feels more like a frat house than an apartment building. Some tenants move in friends and family, their kids and pets in a one bedroom apartment! This is ongoing and causes lots of crime, partying, loud noise and destruction to the building. Loring 100 apartments can be a drain on your mental health. Lot’s of high drama and parties with tons of alcohol. It sometimes feels more like a frat house than an apartment building. Some tenants move in friends and family, their kids and pets in a one bedroom apartment! This is ongoing and causes lots of crime and destruction to the building - people hang out in hallways and stairwell getting high and causing problems and urinating everywhere, leaving drug paraphernalia everywhere.
