I had put 4 stars hoping that Andre was an honest and upstanding person and truly does want to help us. Andre you know for a fact my carpeting has been here since the building was put in what 1987 or 82, the receptionist knows, she even said the carpeting needs to be replaced, even the maintenance said i needed new carpeting, not to mention said i saw it on the list, but I'm not on the list anymore. I have been living at Loring 100 Apartments for 5 years now, I feel allot safer now that there are security guards, the big iron fence that surrounds us is a bonus too. The management seems to be on top of stuff here, and the receptionist is really good as well, slowly but surely I'm sure the place will get better
It’s gotten bad here - really bad!
I have been living at Loring 100 Apartments for 5 years now, up until a month ago my kitchen had extremely hot water, good for getting dishes clean. But now I have to run the water for at least 10 minutes just to get warm water, not to mention my apt is the only one that has never been remodeled. My carpet is 40 years old, wood work in the bathroom has water damage, and my curtains are falling apart, I complain and management keeps telling me there on it and I'll get taken care of, but no one seems to care, while they keep m... read more
