This landlord has lost their mind they are requesting to increase rent prices while they haven’t fixed the infestation issues that have plagued this building for years and they r requesting it because of a gate they added that Noone asked for and that does nothing security is the only thing that was needed and even they have caused some inconvenience for the tenants this is so far beyond unacceptable and revolting and an insult to the tenants
They play with y’all And I live in the apartment for 3 years and they will put you out
