I made an appointment with Adium for my daughter to get a haircut. Showed up on time. Was greeted by another stylist and was informed that Adium would not be cutting my daughter's hair because she was focusing on skin care from now and that the stylist that greeted us would be the one cutting her hair. Next time a courtesy call would be nice. So we aren't put on the spot and go out of our way to make our appointment on time. Very unprofessional. We won't be going back again.
My experience was 5 stars. I had my hair cut by Andy who is professional and knows his stuff! Andy although professional also made me feel completely at ease as it was my first time with him. We laughed and chatted all the way through. I recommend Andy and will be seeing him again.
As always, Sandy foiled and cut exactly right. She’s the only reason I don’t constantly fight my curls.
My best friend treated me to a wash and style post double mastectomy. What a treat it was. Sandy was fabulous. I felt comfortable the minute I walked in and was catered to and pampered. Everyone at the front desk was polite and friendly. Made another appointment for a haircut w Sandy. Thank you!!
