I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Cruz several weeks ago on an initial visit. Dr. Cruz is an extremely competent physician who goes out of her way to spend as much time as her patient requires, to perform a full exam, answer questions and ensure that all of her patient's concerns are addressed, timely and compassionately. Having interacted with many hundreds of doctors throughout my professional career, I can confidently affirm that Dr. Lorinda Cruz is an outstanding, learned physician with a great bedside manner.

Don't complain! They take it so bad that they remove you as a patient. I complained and was ousted. The receptionist there needs to grow up.
