Lorin was such a phenomenal realtor! She helped us navigate the challenges of buying a home from out of state, which is no small task. We had some pretty challenging sellers but Lorin was patient and diligent about getting us the best deal on the best house for us. We found our forever home and couldn’t be happier.
Lorin was an amazing relator!!! She answered every question, gave great advice, and found the home my children will grow up in. 11 out of 10. When the house we wanted was under contract with another buyer, she walked us through how to set up a back up offer. She was truthful about the chances of it working out and made us feel like we were doing all we could. When the buyer fell through, I truly felt she was as excited as we were!! I wouldn't be sitting in my perfect home without her!!
Lorin found us our dream home and I couldn't be happier. Lorin was able to explain things and help us in a way that made us feel so comfortable the entire time. We are tough to deal with and Lorin met all our silly questions with a smile and the truth. I almost want to buy another house so I have an excuse to work with Lorin again!! (just gotta hit that lotto jackpot first!)
