Dr Loria is a penis butcher only caring about how much he can bill the patient and put funds in his wallet. He injects filler which is not FDA approved for large amount injections as it causes lumps and known to travel. When a procedure goes bad he walks away. If he had any ethics, he would take care of the patient till the end without charge, but he just wants to line his wallet and could care less about his patients. Beware of this guy.
