I have messaged Sarah multiple times asking one simple question. Is it pet friendly, she sends me a list of questions and after answering them she left me hanging. That was three weeks ago and the rental is still available. I texted her again to ask if she could respond and she again left me hanging. Warning: Sara Paulsen, Management Agent, by her own admission, rarely returns Security Deposits, processes payments multiple times in one month & lies: "The check is in the mail." Have complained to Better Business Bureau & now processing a nearly $4,000 Civil Litigation against her (as agent) & Graystone for despicable treatment of a Senior living on Social Security. Me and my wife were recommended to Graystone Group and were amazed by how great both Sara and Lori were. We were moving across the state and only had a weekend to get out there and look at homes.
