I have messaged Sarah multiple times asking one simple question. Is it pet friendly, she sends me a list of questions and after answering them she left me hanging. That was three weeks ago and the rental is still available. I texted her again to ask if she could respond and she again left me hanging. Me and my wife were recommended to Graystone Group and were amazed by how great both Sara and Lori were. We were moving across the state and only had a weekend to get out there and look at homes. We gave them an idea of what we were looking for and when we got there, they had a complete list of homes to look at that were similar to what we were looking for. Upon getting my history from them for a new home for my child and I they completely lied about everything. They stated I was evicted which in fact on my background check does not show that and I was not evicted and never have been. I gave over 30 days notice and I cleaned the apartment very well before I left. They stated I left it trashed. Well thankfully I had taken photos of every baseboard etc in the home so my new landlords were able to write off their lies upon seeing those photos.
