I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a home represented by Lori Vandelac. She not only has breached a contract signed by her client, but refuses to correct her deception and unprofessional actions by not returning emails from my agent trying to resolve the issue. She is unprofessional, at best, and from what I have experienced, only out for a sale and not legal and professional repersentation of her client. Lori is a wonderful and professional real-estate agent I worked with on the listing side (I was the loan officer representing the buyer). She and I communicated better then my borrowers agent. She was very patient and communicated so well that I realized I wanted to add her to my top referral partners and help her build her business. She is exactly the person I want on my team. She showed her concerns for her seller and as well for my borrower. Lori has such an amazing heart towards her clients. She is a true gem!!!!
