⭐️ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointed with State Farm After being a loyal State Farm customer for over a decade, I never imagined I would have to write a review like this. The way my claim has been handled has been absolutely unacceptable. I have experienced horrible customer service, virtually no communication or collaboration, dozens of phone calls, last-minute adjuster cancellations, and an apparent complete lack of respect for both the customer and the contractors trying to complete the work. Working with the Lori Vance State Farm Agency was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive throughout my transition to WV. Communication was excellent, and they were helpful and quick to answer all my questions.
