I usually do not write reviews but in this case, I feel I need to share my experience. I had the pleasure of speaking with both Lori Vance and also Ashley Hefner. I have been dealing a lot with my disabilities from the military and because of the pain that I suffer from it can be very difficult to communicate with me. Skylar was kind and patient. She's quick and clear at explaining every aspect of the policy! She understood and answered all my questions! It was a pleasure doing business with her.
Just got off the phone with Ashley Hefner, she helped explain everything about car insurance since I'm getting my first car and will be putting someone else as the primary driver. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions quickly. Will definitely be calling again soon!
I recently had to file a claim with State Farm (no fault of my own) and from the first day the process was very seamless. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. Very professional and resolved my claim in a timely manner. It helped take some of the burden off of myself and I truly appreciate that. Thank you for your great customer service!
