I had a great experience working with Logan to get my policy set up. He was very kind and he worked diligently to make sure my families needs were met in the most affordable way possible. I couldn’t believe the amount of money he was able to save me and still met all my expectations as far as coverage without having to cut corners. Overall great experience, highly recommend!
I first spoke to Ashley and she was very helpful and got me started. She even went out of her way to work past her shift to complete my payment, etc. I also spoke to Lori Vance with questions with the paper work I needed to sign and she answered all my questions and cleared up any concerns that I had. Wonderful ladies for sure.
Ashley was great and communicated very quickly. It was nice to have someone respond and be there instead of having to call and be on hold to get answers. Ashley saved me over $800 a year with better coverages and dealt with me via email while I was working midnights. We had the deal done and finalized in hours and Ashley was able to explain my coverages better than my previous insurer! Thank you for reaching out and going beyond just another phone call that became repetitive.
