Worst experience I’ve ever had renting from someone, Lori herself is rude and unprofessional. Even had the nerve to call me “little lady” There were missing pieces out of my copy of the lease and when I asked for them because she tried to tell me there was guidelines in there that i was not seeing, she told me she would send them and never did. Lori was an excellent realtor who helped me A LOT in getting my house ready for sale and had a good sense of the market. I live out of state, so her assistance was priceless. Highly recommend.
The worst experience I’ve had while renting a home. Maintenance requests don’t get completed, so you have to do the repairs on your own. Once you sign your lease, expect to be ignored for the next 12 months.
