Knecole was an absolute delight to work with! No matter how many houses or where they were she was on top of it and had them scheduled the moment she could. She’s not only knowledgeable about houses available but she makes sure you find the house that fits YOU. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy (or sell). She made the entire buying experience fun and easy, and thanks to her we have our very first home and we love it!
My experience with Lori Montieth was very delightful. Lori and her team were very helpful in showing us different properties at different locations. The property we bought, her team was helpful in us seeing the property many times. Lori also was helpful in finding us a great mortgage company.
Lori was consistently available and helpful answering questions and providing information that helped us understand the listing, the inspection report and then move forward with offers and counteroffers and finally closing.
Lori's a true pro. Attentive, understood our needs, assisted w/ the litany of peripheral items throughout the process, to include financing & even put us in contact w/ contractors for remodel work to be done. We were looking for a "forever" home w/ no specific timeline & Lori was patient, explained our options, gave pointed guidance around the areas we were exploring, while always being available for "spur of the moment" showings. Can't recommend Lori highly enough for anyone looking to buy/sell in the Chattanooga market.
