Knecole made selling our house easy! She helped us price it competitively and we were able to get multiple offers the first week of listing the property. It is clear she knew the market and her advice on the price of the home listed was valued! When the different offers came through, she explained each one to me and made sure I understood the pros and cons of each. After we went under contract, she took care of all the paperwork and communication with the buyer's relator.
This was our first time buying a home and Knecole Russell could not have made this a more enjoyable experience for us. We worked with Knecole Russel, she is very fast in replying and scheduling tours. Knecole helped us find the house and negotiate the price and making excellent recommendations. She also gave us a sweet gift at closing.
