I lived in SD kind of part-time as my family is there. I saw this dentist for a cleaning and check up. A year later I had an emergency dental problem. The front desk went back and forth on whether Lori would see me for the issue. Finally they said, "Come in." I got there and Lori said she could 'maybe' see me in an hour for it, seemed dismissive and annoyed. She then fixed my tooth right away after I started complaining.
