I have been to see Dr. Brown two times. The first time I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. This time my appointment was at 10:30 they told me to be there by 10:15. I was there at 10 at 10:55 I was put in a room. I waited until 11:33 and no one ever came in to see me so I walked out. They won’t see you if your late for your appointment but you’re expected to waste your day to wait for them. I started going to Dr. Lori Brown on the advice of my aunt. She's very thorough and would personally deserve 4 stars. The nurse practitioner that works with her (Virginia Barney) is a god-send and deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, her support staff is horrible. On more than one occasion, they have given me wrong information, and they have refused to work with me on a number of issues. They won't go to the internet to download forms. They won't use email to receive forms, even if they're blank and devoid of patient information... read more
She is genuinely concerned with people’s health. She is extremely thorough and really listens to you. Also, she follows up with you immediately to go over your test results in detail.
