I have worn CRT lenses now for 10 years, and I was really excited to find an office close to my new home in Cedar Rapids that offered CRTs. They refused to order new contacts for me without doing a new fitting (a $1500 service) that is only necessary when you first get CRT contacts. The doctor refused to come out to speak to me about this, and the staff said they had no resolution for the problem, and refused to just order my same prescription. I was very disappointed by the service and the office as a whole.
