Agree with previous viewer's opinion. My wait time experience is always the same, and like the reviewer, my left eye was never clear with contact provided. Went back twice, same result.
Took 2 months to get trail contact pair. Left eye contact never fit right, could never see clear from it. Finally called to complain and was told it was 2 weeks past 6 months, and that vision can "change drastically" in 6 months so I would need to come back in and pay for another exam (which cost $60 with insurance!). Ordered contacts from Lieblong and verified the contacts I received with the prescription Daiber wrote it and it matched. I just recently had my eyes checked again (I've been wearing glasses). Find someone else. Average wait times are 2 hours for appointments and when you get there, there will only be one or two people waiting. Also recently went to an eye appointment which was scheduled for 8:15, I show up at 8:00 and wait outside the door, because it was locked. Saw assistants inside, they saw me, but would not unlock the door. I had to look up the number and call them at 8:20 for them to tell me they do not open till 8:30.
