Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Lori Gill and Associates I would strongly caution anyone considering renting a property managed by Lori Gill and Associates. Our experience with Lynn Douglas, the property manager handling our tenancy, was extremely frustrating, particularly when it came to the handling of our security deposit. I worked with Victoria Rankin over the past 3 years. She was always attentive and responsive. Great attitude and communicative when needed. I appreciate all of her help while renting a unit run by LGA. If I ever have to search for another rental, I’ll definitely reach out to Victoria again!

We spent a year at one of their properties, and it was a frustrating and, at times, confusing experience. They repeatedly demonstrated that they can’t quite follow through on delivering any level of customer care, trustworthiness, or tenant support. They are quick to respond to requests, but often give wrong or incomplete information.
