We took over a lease for our friends and Lynn Douglas couldn’t have been more unhelpful during the onboarding process. Questions were replied to with one-word responses, never once saying Thank you or Welcome. She sure was quick to ask for money before offering training on the confusing online portal. No walk-through, inspection forms, or cleaning services were offered.
