Candice Feldman was my property manager while I lived in Capitol Hill. She was effectively useless when it came to dealing with my concerns but was more than forceful when it came time to collect. I highly recommend that tenants and landlords look for a property manager that is not Candice Feldman. Can not rate her poorly enough
Jeni has been amazing to work with the past few years. She has been super responsive, friendly and helpful in finding solutions to any property issues that came up. If you're an owner or a renter your life will be much easier with Jeni looking after the property -- highly recommended!
