While I can understand peoples frustrations with “front of house” issues Lori has always remained the same caring and compassionate provider she was from day one. She’s really found a great work stride with her right hand lady Jaclyn. These 2 work perfectly together to truly provide care that is focused and meaningful. Lori is the friendliest, kindest & thorough clinician I have had. I so appreciate her understanding & the office staff kind & gracious. They deserve a big ole raise.
HORRIBLE!!! Every single call to schedule an appointment you're left on hold for OVER 30 minutes. I wish I could give ZERO instead of 1 star
