I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lori Dwyers for over 15 years now. While I can understand peoples frustrations with “front of house” issues Lori has always remained the same caring and compassionate provider she was from day one. She’s really found a great work stride with her right hand lady Jaclyn. These 2 work perfectly together to truly provide care that is focused and meaningful. HORRIBLE!!! Every single call to schedule an appointment you're left on hold for OVER 30 minutes. I wish I could give ZERO instead of 1 star
I understand many people’s frustration with the front desk, but you just have to call during a good time and not at lunch or when work/school are out. Of course they’re going to be busy during these peak times. Yes, it can be annoying, but they do get back to you— just leave a message. I think this “issue” is worth it since Lori Dwyer is the best!!
