Lori is the friendliest, kindest & thorough clinician I have had. I so appreciate her understanding & the office staff kind & gracious. They deserve a big ole raise.

HORRIBLE!!! Every single call to schedule an appointment you're left on hold for OVER 30 minutes. I wish I could give ZERO instead of 1 star

I understand many people’s frustration with the front desk, but you just have to call during a good time and not at lunch or when work/school are out. Of course they’re going to be busy during these peak times. Yes, it can be annoying, but they do get back to you— just leave a message. I think this “issue” is worth it since Lori Dwyer is the best!! I had a doctors appointment for 3 PM yesterday I was on time, and the receptionist took my information, but never checked me in. I sat there for more than an hour watching everyone come in after me and leave before me. I finally asked her if they forgot, I was out here she said “oh no we’re just busy”then 15m later she tells me “oh they want you to reschedule”. I wasted 40bucks to get there and you make it my problem not your incompetent receptionist!
