Lori was terrific! She sold my house above list price and I was able to purchase my new house below list price. Lori kept me informed throughout the process. Lori responds to my texts/calls within a few minutes. She handled every detail—and anticipated problems and was ready with solutions. Lori is the best. Any seller/buyer would be lucky to have Lori as their broker.

I originally thought about selling my house “by owner”. Lori convinced me that using a Realtor would actually net me more money. She was absolutely right!!! After watching the process and all your Realtor does for you, I am convinced it’s the only way to sell a home. Lori then managed my purchase of my next Home.
