Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes
