Flooding and sewage and black mold Our apartment has been flooded since November with water coming up through the sinks and floor, along with black mold and leaks from upstairs; we have no working sinks, dishwasher, and the dryer is broken. Management took two months to tell us we have to move and communication has been very poor the entire time. In the meantime we can’t properly cook, clean, or even trust the water, and I’ve used all my towels and even clothes to soak up the flooding—this situation has seriously affected ou... read more
Verified Renter I recently moved into Loretto Heights and my experience has been mixed so far. On the positive side, the units are very spacious, and the rent is relatively affordable for the Denver area, which is one of the main reasons I chose to live here. The layout of the apartment is great and offers a lot more space than many other apartments in this price range. However, there are some significant downsides. Many of the materials and finishes in the unit feel very cheap, and things seem to break or wear down easily. ... read more
Verified Renter Excellent leasing office personnel, accommodation and excellent customer service. Maintenance team is also kind and very willing to help. Groundskeeping needs some love and parking is very crowded.
Verified Renter Es un lugar tranquilo para vivir aún que un poco caro pero vale la pena

Verified Renter Friendly staff and I absolutely love the inside of my apartment. The layout is perfect and the additional storage space is great! It'salso nice having a fullsize washer and dryer. However, they need to please work on making sure all amenities are functioning properly and tenants are not violating rules or allowing guests to park in the parking lot.
Verified Renter I have lived in a handful of grey star communities and this is by far the worst one. Multiple car break ins and multiple fees to get to your mail will be what residents are greeted with.
