Verified Renter Excellent leasing office personnel, accommodation and excellent customer service. Maintenance team is also kind and very willing to help. Groundskeeping needs some love and parking is very crowded.

Verified Renter Friendly staff and I absolutely love the inside of my apartment. The layout is perfect and the additional storage space is great! It'salso nice having a fullsize washer and dryer. However, they need to please work on making sure all amenities are functioning properly and tenants are not violating rules or allowing guests to park in the parking lot.
Verified Renter I have lived in a handful of grey star communities and this is by far the worst one. Multiple car break ins and multiple fees to get to your mail will be what residents are greeted with.

Nasty place Please do not move here i lasted 3 days and did not even stay the nights because it was infested in cockroaches probably even bed bugs too but first of all the place was not even cleaned in every cabinet of kitchen i found at least one cockroach even with eggs and the fridge was infested was filled up in every corner with them when i went to tell them just told me pest control would come but i didnt even want the roaches to touch my stuff when i finally got the chance to end my lease they told me my check would b... read more
