Horrible company! I originally rented from one company and halfway through my lease, they changed ownership. Everything quickly went downhill, they charged us for many bogus repairs when we left and everything was in great shape and we have photos. They charged me for the door peep hole replacement, due to sun damage. Except $2k in charges when you move out, they did the same to our neighbors.
Liars!! They charge one price online and then change it when you get in Don’t rent from here!! I filled out an application online for a unit. Got a quote which was supposed to be good for 2 days. I went in the same day and was told the price was wrong online even though it let me fill out the application and was told the price. Leasing agent was also bad. Didn’t care about anything I said and acted like she just wanted me to leave. There are plenty of other properties in the area that will treat you better. I would look else... read more
TRASH EVERYWHERE; Invisible management Management does not enforce rules or respond to resident complaints. Noisy neighbors; bags of trash on breezeway floors all day everyday. This is tip of iceberg.
Great place The complex is extremely well kept and the staff is always helpful. The maintenance team has always fixed any issue in a timely manner. Convenient location for those who commute!
Great place to live My family and I just moved from out of state, and thanks to Ruby in the leasing office made the process very simple and easy. We are in love with the pool!
Love it! My boyfriend and I love it here! We moved in around the summer time last year and have loved every minute of it. Staff is super friendly, maintenance is quick to address any problems you’re having. Gym and pool are extremely nice. It’s affordable and luxurious all in one!

Love it! I have lived here for almost a year and love it! The management and company have been compassionate to people’s needs, especially during this pandemic. They also try to keep the community together by offering food trucks, events and drawings for the residents. I have enjoyed living here, my neighbors and other residents are very friendly.

Wonderful staff I chose to live at Loretto at Creekside after extensive research and reviews. I’m happy that I chose to live here not only for the convenient location but the compassion this company and staff have shown during the pandemic. They have always been understanding of issues that arise and work with the residents. The staff have been sincere and they also know how to keep us involved as a community by offering treats, raffles and welcoming various food trucks for those of us who are too tired to cook some nights. ... read more

Decent Apartments Staff is helpful most of the time, but can sometimes hear your neighbors & people play bass music in their cars & shine their highbeam lights into your apt at night when your trying to sleep. Other than that, it's usually clean & they for the most part deal with maintenance issues quickly. Wish they had a small outdoor park for kids to play tho, but Texas is know to have pools & skip outdoor amenities for kids to play altogether. Appreciate this complex overall.
