The apartments at Loretta's are OK. They're furnished, and electricity and water are included in the rent. There's no credit check, and if you're a drug dealer or work at a cash job, they don't ask about where your money comes from. If you pay the deposit and keep paying the rent, you can live there-if you can put up with Loretta. She is too nosy, and she butts in where she doesn't belong.
