Matthew Lorenzo was just amazing! Very punctual, returned my phone calls and even when I couldn't answer he would email me and knew I had a busy schedule, he still worked around me. He was very informative, understanding, and confident which is something that makes the client feel so much better. He didn't pressure me to pay him right away but rather worked with me and the closing I was trying to do.
