Best realtor in the area. He was instrumental in the sales of our home as well as the entire process of acquiring property and building a new home. When I had issue with the building suppliers and it was getting ugly LB stepped in and worked the issues to a successful outcome. You won’t go wrong with LB as a realtor, he’s very personable, answers the phone at all hours, and genuinely care later and will work hard to make you happy.

The perfect blend of serious and fun! LB and Tara make looking for your new home easy and enjoyable. LB was an amazing guide with videos of every house we had on our list as we attacked the market from Panama City, Florida. LB’s videos took our 25 + possible list down to just five or so before we came to town to view in person. Two days viewing and we had chosen. LB made sure the rest of the buying process was a breeze. He looks out for military families by providing service with integrity!
