I moved in, in 2024. They are now trying to ask for 3x the rent which is ridiculous if you ask me. I pay over $1700 for a 2 bedroom for everything broken when it's supposed to be renovated. The AC is always broken. I have put in over 5 work orders and every time they say nothing is wrong. But clearly it is and my electricity bills is high because of it. I moved into my apartment on June 24, 2025, and as of today (July 30, 2025), I still have not received a mailbox key from the property management. They keep telling me that the previous tenant took the key and they have not gotten a replacement.THAT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY if i owed a complex im getting more keys incase other tenants move in thats common sense. Wish I could give 0 stars this place is absolutely terrible, can't fix anything correctly put a work order in it takes weeks to get it done and they can't even get it done right I've been living here for a minute and it gets more expensive and worse every year. Absolutely insane how bad this place has gotten.
