I had a experience very similar to the individual who reviewed Dr Lorentzen on Yelp. Several years ago I decided to stop going to his practice after I had multiple crowns fail within a short period. I asked the Dr to stand behind them, I received a call from his son two weeks later saying that they would do 10% off and 5% more if I paid cash a new crown. Dr. Lorentzen and his team are really amazing. They do great work and they really care and they do great follow up also. I highly recommend them.
Lorentzen Dental is the best! 👍 Before I started going to Dr. Lorentzen I had some dental work done in the past by other dentists (bridge and crowns) so you could say I have had mixed feelings about visiting the dentist. But ever since I started going to Dr. Lorentzen last year it’s always been a wonderful experience. Did not make it clear Dr Lorentzen was out of network nor that they wanted cash before leaving even though I have insurance. . Upsold 5year Xray after I had one 9 mos previously and told me I needed Debridement cleaning when I had zero problems 9 months previously with the dentist I used before I moved as I go every 6 months and have no dental issues whatsoever. Lorentzen DDS is simply the best! They are professional, precise, and personable. I've been going here for over ten years and they have been awesome from cleanings and checkups to my dreaded first crown ...and they send their patients home with cookies 🍪😀
