Did not make it clear Dr Lorentzen was out of network nor that they wanted cash before leaving even though I have insurance. . Upsold 5year Xray after I had one 9 mos previously and told me I needed Debridement cleaning when I had zero problems 9 months previously with the dentist I used before I moved as I go every 6 months and have no dental issues whatsoever. Lorentzen Dental is the best! 👍 Before I started going to Dr. Lorentzen I had some dental work done in the past by other dentists (bridge and crowns) so you could say I have had mixed feelings about visiting the dentist. But ever since I started going to Dr. Lorentzen last year it’s always been a wonderful experience. Lorentzen DDS is simply the best! They are professional, precise, and personable. I've been going here for over ten years and they have been awesome from cleanings and checkups to my dreaded first crown ...and they send their patients home with cookies 🍪😀
i've always gotten compliments on my smile, so when i chipped my canine tooth after a bike spill, i was super bummed about it. luckily, Dr L fixed it up good as new and no one has ever been able to tell it's not my real tooth half. all the insurance paperwork was handled by the lovely staff smoothly/quickly; if i hadn't moved away, i would definitely be a regular!
I would highly recommend Lorentzen Dental! Dr. Lorentzen is friendly, patient and answers all my questions. The staff is kind and accommodating. The office is clean and easy to get to.
