Roach infested. Won’t work with you if you fallen on short times. Expects you to deal with personal problems elsewhere instead of taking your concerns into consideration. Have to worry about sending money under door to pay in person. Can pay half rent but you better be sure to leave a phone call ahead of time to let them know or they’ll serve you with an eviction notice. Moldy walls. Paint in bathroom walls lifted up from previous tenants.
Don't rent from her,She will give your personal information out and don't care. The apartments don't have heat, and they have mold.
Infested with roaches and renters are responsible for getting rid of them. Takes forever to respond to request to fix things. My moms toilet was broken for close to 2 months before they fixed it. Has no website and expects you to push close to 500.00 or more under the front glass door of the business if you pay in person. SLUM LORD!!!!! Total freaking SLUM LORD......
Gail Walker has THE WORSE TENANTS and does NOTHING when you complain about them. I'm at my WITS END with one of her tenants and I'm about to file a nuisance complaint with the city of Asheboro. DONE DEALING WITH THEM AND HER!!!
