Refused to get rid of bedbugs for several months. Told me to put bugs in a plastic bag for them to look at, then refused to look at the plastic bag. Sued me for back rent after I refused to pay because of bedbugs. I lost on a technicality and was not allowed to present evidence because my lawyer didn’t show up for court. The whole place obviously had bugs. People were throwing out their furniture and vacuuming out their cars!
The mangmt here is thumbs up , nice, polite, and easy to communicate with if you have any questions, the units are nice, and comfortable, the kitchens come complete with a microwave, dishwasher, and some cabinet space, and last but not least, say goodbye to the laundry mat yep add the washer and dryer and where do I sign. Seems to be be a cool place to live, I often visit a relative who lives there.
Looks like they don't have a property management here they got garbage everywhere looks like one of those homeless camps
