I bought a old beat up house that needed everything done. I called a lot on construction company's to compare the prices and nobody beat "Lorenc construction LLC" let me tell you, this guys are good and very clean. They kept all the dust and asbestos away contained. I was extremely happy with everything that they did and would recommend it!!

It's difficult to find a good contractor- either someone recommends one or you look in the telephone book and take your chances, or nowadays on the internet. I selected Lorenc based on the favorable reviews I had read online. After the latest snowstorm I had water leaking down through the roof and through my kitchen ceiling and into the basement. If you're looking for someone who is hard-working and honest and who does a great job, this is your man. He's young and has energy. He wants to please and it's evident in the way he conducts his business. I would recommend his company and him to do your job, large or small. When he says he'll do something, he does it within the unpredictability of the weather and like problems related to construction.

Lorenc is an experienced contractor who is professional and knows what he is doing. He takes great pride in his work. I had the pleasure of meeting with Lorenc while trying to sell my home. We were pressed for time and with a long list of things to fix for the sale to happen. He took the list and said not to worry. He worked independantly getting everything done in a few days. He was very fair with his prices. I would recommend Lorenc to anyone looking for any type of home remodeling. This guy does it all......

We contracted Lorenc to remodel our bathroom based on the comments here and are very pleased with his work. Lorenc is reliable, considerate and hardworking. A perfectionist. The remodeling included tearing up old tiles and concrete, and installing a tub, shower fixtures, sinks, vanity and lights. I would highly recommend Lorenc Construction. We could not be more pleased with his professionalism, pricing and quality of his work. He is very reliable, always shows up on time and the days he had scheduled. He was very communicative and up front about costs and project deadlines. Lorenc is a very talented contractor. I hired him this summer for my rental property and he did a amazing job doing electrical, floors, tile, plumbing etc.! I then brought him back for my recent home purchase in Bucks County. He is very honest and fair priced, hard working and gets the job done in a timely fashion. He even cleans up after himself! I would recommend him if you need someone that is good at all functions of contracting (plumbing, electrical, woodwork etc etc!
