I just didn't like how my rent went up. And there is rat feces and ants all over my stuff.
We switched from Mod Storage in Lorena because we could NEVER get a hold of anyone. We needed to update our ACH payments to a new bank account and tried multiple times—no luck. Since moving to Ideal Storage, the difference has been night and day! Communication is excellent, the location is perfect, and I have complete peace of mind knowing my stuff is safe.
