They have some weird policies , my daughter wanted to see Dr Buffa and I called their office for her appointment and got the appointment, since I have 2 kids I also wanted to move my son to one of the doctors in the same office , in the same call I asked if my son can be seen by Dr. Glen , the receptionist insisted that both my kids need to be seen by the same doctor, I informed her that my son wants to be seen by a male doctor and she said that can’t be done . Best pediatrician I could have asked for. Dr.Buffa is Incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. She is kind, empathetic and has great energy.

Dr Buffa was the pediatrician for my first child. When I had my second we remained at the office. At a well visit, when my child was 3 I asked about the possibility of autism. It was brushed off rather quickly. The coding for the well visit was changed unbeknownst to me due to the question of autism and my insurance would not cover the visit as a well visit. I called to inquire and was spoken to rudely and asked if I thought they were “baiting and switching”. So weird. I left the practice after 8 years. This was terrible. Sp... read more
