I went in because my fingers were going numb. She did a very brief test and told me there was nothing wrong. She was really rude to me and so was her staff. She threw me a paper pillow case and said here we give these out for people who have to sleep with their hand on a pillow. My very first and last time there. I left her office very upset. I was very polite to her and her staff so that wasn’t it. My hands were tested and both hands came back with carpal tunnel. I’m so glad I went to another Dr. In Saint Cloud. I have NEVE... read more

I have seen 5 Orthopedic doctors for different ailments and have had many cortisone injections. Dr. McCarthy is the only doctor who uses a spray to freeze the target area sufficiently before injecting the cortisone into a tender and sensitive spot. She excels at explaining what is wrong, what she is doing , and what will be involved in future treatments in order cure or improve what is hurting.

Business response:

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We're glad you had a great experience with us!

First class, knowledgeable staff from Dr.Meisterling himself to his assistants Rachel Bang, and Kayla, And Physical Therapy Jacqueline. From the first visit through a first class Surgical center at High Point. High Point Surgical center was so much nicer then any hospital and much cleaner and friendlier as well. I never want to go have anything done at a Hospital again. If you ever need anything knee related from treatment to surgery this is the team you want! Sincerely Harold Chris Mikkelson

I won't go see him again but that has more to do with the office staff and 400 assistants running around with him.

I had surgery done by Dr. Gerlach. He is a great listener and throughly explained the surgery, and post op plan/care. I have no pain after surgery and it was worth it. Highly recommend. I will be back for any hand issues.

Dr. Ridley was extremely knowledgeable and truly had my best interest in mind. He took what was important to me into account and laid out the best treatment option.
