Dr. Loren K - very clear, very helpful, glad to be in her group. One thing that is annoying is the website - I follow all the directions but cannot see the notes from our meeting. My physician had to forward the notes that he received. What’s up with the website which does not appear to work? The directions are not clear.
Enjoyed our first appointment and learned much will be a valuable resource.
We have only seen her 2 times for my mom’s Dementia but both time she has had a wonderful bedside manner & is very caring. She listens & asks questions & doesn't try to rush you out the door.
I have taken both my father and my mother to this facility over many years. We’ve never been disappointed or concerned with the care. When mom’s doctor retired, I wondered if we’d be as pleased with the next. We are totally pleased. Dr. Kousourou completely set us (most importantly Mom) at ease. She met mom where she was. We first met Dr. Kousourou when my dad was in the hospital. We have continued under her care and I have been so pleased by how she treats my dad. Very personable, knowledgeable, answers every question you ask, makes you feel as though you are the only patient of the day. My 91 year old father gives her a two thumbs up and so do I.
