She misdiagnosed my daughter and did everything in her power to cancel imaging while inpatient that eventually did confirm she had misdiagnosed my daughter. Upon MRI confirming epilepsy, she apologized for the miscommunication... Her notes contained factually incorrect statements and have yet to be corrected.
