Phoned 3 times total over over an hour on the wait line. Wife wasted her time going in to find out they do not have the part I needed to get to work in the morning. In that time i could have called napa and gotten a cab To their location got the part, cabbed home, and installed said part. Absolutely horrible management if they can figure out that maybe one person should atleast answer the phones.
Kelly Bosko at the Notre Dame location is amazing. A wealth of knowledge and customer service, I highly recommend this shop to any woman who needs some good information on their vehicle and parts needed.

Lady in the glasses with a shitty attitude sold me the wrong oil despite my confirming exactly what i needed. Continued with the shitty attitude when I had to come back in for the right oil. Some people have zero business working customer service.
