Sold me the wrong part. I called in they assured me it would work, three times. I tried to install it didn't work. Called in. They said they would take it back and refund me. I show up they refuse to rectify their mistake. Becsuee I tried to install it. Rude, unhelpful, overall the most pathetic lordco ive ever been to. NAPA is going to be getting a lot more business from me. Shake your heads lordco, hire competant workers. A 4 hkur course doesnt teach much.
Stopped by Lordco — really good place with a great selection. The staff were super nice and helpful, made everything easy. Definitely a spot I’d come back to
Ok parts store. You cannot trust staff for advice. They can be helpful but they are not mechanics.
