Once again every lordco in town has completely let me and many many other mechanical professionals down, but I just wanted to make sure you guys knew of the beyond poor service I have gotten from EVERY Location in town. First off u guys ordered the wrong pump, secondly you little parts idiots need a lesson in how to do their job. Ron, FYI the part Number you should have been looking for was 902804. It's a dormant product. Could have alteast tried looking for it. Took me 3 minutes on Google to do your job.
Very poor customer service and unprofessional from a guy at the back counter who staying on the left side looking from the store in. He need to be re-trained the job if not the store will lose more customers. I wont be back to this location. The front counter guy was very professional though.
This notre dame store doesn’t even deserve one star rating. Ted the sales guy is a piece of work. Very ignorant and miserable. I will never shop at this store again. The guy clearly needs to be fired and learn some people skills. I have tried to give him a second chance and never again. He obviously doesn’t wear the pants at home and needs to be put out of his misery. The owner doesn’t seem to care or respond about the terrible customer service.
Very incompetent and very unwilling to help, even though it was 2 hours to close.
Found what I needed, open til 8 pm.
