Walked in to buy some parts and ask for some simple advice and one guy told me "were not mechanics" Then the guy with long hair came up and got all the parts ready for me to pick up and even drew me a diagram!! The most helpful and nicest person ever, highly recommend going to see him!
Awesome service. I came in from Chilliwack to pick up a boat and it had wiring issues so I called them up and they had the part in stock and ready for me. I showed up and slapped on the magnet trailer lights and I'm off to the ferry on time. I made it home safe with a boat attached. Thanks guys.

What is your employees problem? Do you treat them like dirt so they take it out on customers? Won't be back. You should fire Phil if you want to keep customers.
