I've tried using Lordco twice now—once to get plastic clips for a vehicle at work, and a second time to purchase around $800 worth of rotors, pads, etc. Both times, the rep on the phone was quick and I left the conversation feeling great. However, on both occasions, I was told someone would call me back, and both times I was left in the dark and never received a phone call. Are we trying to make money here? Don't sales matter? Especially big ones?
They have a custom paint division if you're painting a vehicle. I order 4 Oz at a time for touch-up jobs and it comes in an 8 oz can for easy 50/50 mixing for spraying.
Such helpful people. Helping me troubleshoot a car problem so I would get the right part.
I have been going here for years to pick up things here and there for my vehicles. Every single time I go, no matter who I talk to, each staff member is so helpful. Recently I went and grabbed some paint and the guy who helped me was so awesome!! I’ve been meaning to make a review for a bit but hadn’t gotten around to it so I forgot his name. I came in the morning and one staff was very grumpy when I informed I’m here to pick up something I was explaining I was talking to staff yesterday on the phone and he would hold my part and I will come in tomorrow morning and the front desk guy doesn’t look happy and I gave my phone number and he said no there was nothing and other staff gave the part to me then I plan to pay but it was double cost not same when I spoke on the phone I said no I left this is awful experience for me I wouldn’t go back
