DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN. SHE IS UNETHICAL AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. TALK TO ANYONE WHO'S DONE BUSINESS WITH HER AND THEY WILL TELL YOU THE SAME THING. Our experience with her was a nightmare; so much so that we moved out early so we could be away from her neglect and drama. If you need anything, she refuses to help. Older lady Ms Lord ( big time scammer). She will do anything to take advantage of her tenants. Good luck getting your deposit back. She is not running a business but a scam. The minute I asked her questions about the terms of the lease, she got mad as she takes advantage of foreigns students who can't read English.
