I experienced a friendly and efficient staff from entering the office to checkout. Dr. Lord is was professional and personable.

Dr. Lord has been treating me for several years. He is compassionate, listens and really cares about his patients. He's also done my colonoscopy and an endoscopy, where he and the staff guided me through with the prep and before the procedure in the OR.
We love Dr. Lord! He is nice & professional. We find him easy to talk to. We just appreciate his care. I just had my 2nd colonoscopy with him. No issues ten years ago & none the second time. Staff very nice & caring.

I've been very pleased with Dr. Lord. I has multiple appointments for different things over time and had undergone upper endoscopy and colonoscopy. I wish more physicians were like him instead of inflating your diagnosis and suggesting unneeded tests.
My family have been seeing Dr Lord for over 10 years, he's freindly, empathetic, caring, and spends the time to explain the procedure (colonoscopy) and answer all of your questions. If we weren't satisfied with him we would not keep returning!
